Mrs. Roxanne D. Ramirez has over 15 years of experience as a board member, treasurer, and president of several associations. For the last 4 years, Roxanne has been the treasurer for the CNF board of directors. She is currently the Vice President of Administrative Operations and is responsible for the company’s financial, human resources and marketing operations. Roxanne brings many years of experience in business and financial management and many years of experience working with contractors.
From 1993 to 2000, she held the position of president for the Coppertree Townhomes Association for 3 years and a board member for the 4 earlier years. As president, she was responsible for a $350,000 annual budget. From 2001 through 2004, Roxanne held the position of board president for the Aspen Village Association. Roxanne was responsible for an annual budget of $200,000. During this same time, she was also the treasurer for the board of directors for the CrownMeadows Homeowners Association and was responsible for a budget of $150,000. In 2005, she was elected President of the board of directors for the CrownMeadows Homeowners Association and currently holds this position.
She graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree from Texas A & I in 1980. Roxanne also spent 25 years in the classroom as an educator in several San Antonio area public school systems.
