Raul Salas
  Mr. Raul Salas has over 35 years of progressive technical and management experience in diverse organizations supporting the implementation, operations, and management of cyber security programs. He is currently the Director of Programs for CNF Technologies. Prior to CNF Technologies, Raul was the Telecom Security Director for SecureLogix Corporation where he was responsible for the management of all the telecom security federal business development activities.

In his government career, he was a founding member and first Technical Director of the Air Force Information Warfare Battlelab. In this capacity, he supervised and managed the evaluation of leading edge technologies for solving the most challenging information warfare problems. Prior to the battlelab experience, he was responsible for managing the Air Force executive-level TEMPEST and the initial Computer Security Programs. He led the development of the Computer Security Assistance Program for the 21st Century (CSAP21), which established a comprehensive Air Force-wide cyber security program for the protection of Air Force Command, Control, Communications and Computer (C4) Systems. He is respected and recognized throughout the federal government and private sector as a foremost expert in computer/telecommunication security.

In his latest effort at CNF Technologies, under a contract with the Air Force Information Operations Center (AFIOC), Raul led the technical/management directions for the development of a proof-of-concept Air & Ground Information-Operations System (AGiS) which is an integrated management system that provides centralized visibility and control of cyber security threats to airborne net-centric operations.
